As we lock your slot and refuse to provide bookings to other for your slot, there are 2 options to choose from in regards to refund upon payment:
Option 1: £100 Admin Fee or 100% charge (if your payment amount is less than £100) .
For an example, you paid £250 for your booking. You will get back £150 within 48 hours upon confirmation of your option. Or If you have paid £80, no refund will be allowed as it is already under £100.
Option 2: No refund but you dont lose any amount rather you can use that amount within the next 2 years either in one booking or multiple bookings.
For an example, you paid £500 for your booking. You can either use that amount towards your next 1/2/3 bookings or use that amount as a credit and amount will be deducted from the total amount, thus you dont lose any money.
Same applies to £80 booking. If you decide to book and your quote is £200, you simply pay £120 as you already have £80 in credit.
